Just over a year ago, this was a field. Now it’s a veritable shrine to commerce and over indulgence — over-priced boutiques, food, and booze, all within walking (stumbling?) distance of the insanely priced condos one floor up. Still, it’s got a nice, fat Barnes & Noble, and that’s why I’m here.
Incidentally, the new B&N Shakespeare series is very nicely done. I got three of ‘em: The Tempest, Hamlet, and my all-time fave, A Midsummer Night’s Dream.
