Big winter storms over the weekend are perfect for snow forts. The boy never got wise to the idea of mortar attacks, and the girl spent more time eating her fort, but it was still a grand time.

Well here we are. We tackled the 6 inches of snow that fell last night to get to the Pinewood Derby. Snow is still coming down like gangbusters — it should be knee deep by the time we leave.
